As she spoke, Su Mei introduced her father to Ye Yuan.
Ye Yuan stood up and respectfully extended both hands. "Hello, Professor Su. My name is Ye Yuan. I was fortunate enough to attend one of your public lectures."
Su Weiguo had not expected the young man before him to have attended his lectures.
"Do you study marine biology?"
"I studied marine science, but I'm very interested in certain marine species."
Seeing that the old man and the young man were about to start chatting, Su Mei immediately interrupted them.
"Xiao Yuan, what happened? Why is Nian Xin with you? Wasn't she kidnapped? I even received a call from the kidnappers."
