Sitting opposite A on the western side, Mifune, general of the Land of Iron, spoke up. As the representative of a neutral nation, he was responsible for hosting this Five Kage Summit and maintaining order.
"Hmph! An unexpected situation... Konoha has always had the most trouble!" the Raikage snorted impatiently.
