After returning to his room, Song Ren went back to sleep. If he hadn't gotten hungry, he could have slept all day.

With his hair in an especially wild mess, Song Ren emerged from his room and immediately spotted the young alpha sitting on the living room sofa, handling work.
Song Ren paused. "You're still working?"
"Since I had nothing else to do, I might as well clear out some of the work that had piled up."
With a swipe through the air, the virtual screen before him vanished. Mo Ning rose briskly from the sofa and asked, "Brother Song, you're hungry, right? What do you want to eat? I'll have the restaurant deliver it."
Waving a hand casually, Song Ren asked, "Are there any of the breakfast pastries you bought this morning left?"
"Yes. I put the leftovers in the fridge."
Song Ren strolled over to the refrigerator. As he opened it, he said, "If you're bored, you can watch TV or play some games. There's a game console in the drawer under the living room TV."
"I'm not very good at games. Brother Song, call me next time you play and teach me while you're at it."
Mo Ning followed right behind Song Ren into the kitchen and watched him heat up the few leftover buns.
Then he followed Song Ren back to the living room and sat down at the dining table nearby.
He did not chatter or annoy him, merely waiting for Song Ren's answer.
The freshly heated buns were a little hot. Song Ren picked one up and broke it in half, pinching the
