In their eyes, Chuan Yilang seemed to have frozen in place. What he saw—his attack passing through Uchiha Yuu's body—had been an illusion. In reality, Uchiha Yuu had been standing beside him, dragging him into the Sharingan's genjutsu.
A single moment of distraction was enough to decide victory and defeat.
Yuu's arm pierced through Chuan Yilang's body. Blood slowly trickled from his fingertips onto the ground as his impassive gaze met the terror in the other man's eyes.

Shan Jie stopped Tu Jie, afraid that he would rush in recklessly. Chuan Yilang's death had been far too strange. That brief pause definitely had not been caused by his body. Was it genjutsu?
They had not seen him form any hand seals. Had he cast it in secret?
Since the battle began, the three of them had been at a disadvantage. One injured, one dead! It showed just how terrifying their opponent was. Yet he had not instantly killed all three of them, which meant his strength had not surpassed theirs by too much.
