"Even the sealing scroll couldn't seal it. What in the world is this thing?"
Uchiha Izuna stood protectively in front of Uchiha Kyu, utterly shocked. He held a wary battle stance, while the Mangekyō Sharingan in his eyes spun furiously.
"Amaterasu."
A cold voice escaped Uchiha Izuna's lips, and black flames erupted on Yaksha with a bang.
Blood tears streamed from his eye sockets. Without the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, the aftereffect of Uchiha Izuna using his ocular technique was a massive loss of ocular power, placing an enormous burden on his eyes.
The black flames of Amaterasu, reputed to be "undying," had never seemed particularly impressive in the original story, and were even mocked as being incapable of burning anyone to death.
But the true might of Amaterasu was terrifying. Within a few breaths, four Yaksha perished amid agonized wails.
After losing their fuel, the Amaterasu flames gradually went out.
Yet Yaksha did not disappear after being burned to ashes. Instead, eight Yaksha appeared and launched an attack on Uchiha Izuna.
Uchiha Kyu did not choose to continue attacking. Instead, he looked toward that man, Otsutsuki Sō. He saw Sō constantly manipulating Yaksha to harass Madara Uchiha and Kaguya Otsutsuki.
If this was all there was to it, they were nothing to fear.
No matter how many Yaksha there were, they were only throwing their lives away. Uchiha Kyu had no idea what purpose Otsutsuki Sō had in mind, but the man did not look like a fool.
Clearly, Madara Uchiha and Kaguya Otsutsuki were gradually realizing this as well, but they still could not guess his true objective.
As more and more Yaksha floated in midair, surrounding and protecting him like an army of thousands, Otsutsuki Sō finally made his next move.
A low, mocking laugh gradually grew louder,
