Beneath the Hokage Building was Konoha's Anbu base. The entire base was shrouded in dimness, giving it an eerie, shadowy atmosphere.
In one of the rooms, Tobirama withdrew his extended chakra. At last, a faint smile appeared on his stern face. "Thanks to Clan Head Ashina, this jutsu is finally complete."
Uzumaki Ashina wore a trace of exhaustion on his face. Though he was equally gratified, he still offered a reminder:
"The jutsu you created is indeed exceptionally ingenious. I know you intend to use it against the three Uchiha brothers, but dealing with all three at once is nearly impossible. At most, it can handle one of them. And once this jutsu's effects are exposed, it will basically be useless a second time."
"It's enough." Tobirama was quite satisfied. "Every jutsu has its weaknesses and limits. Getting this far is already very good, and we have no time left to refine it further."
