Chapter Summaries

Xu Mo agreed to Eywa’s deal after discovering valuable ores and Sky Soul Crystals on Pandora, then followed Neytiri and Jack to the Omatikaya settlement. The chapter ended as two older Na’vi descended to meet the newcomers.

• Neytiri recognized Xu Mo as an Avatar and guarded him while he examined the information Eywa sent.
• Xu Mo found Blood Red Copper and other rare ores, then agreed to Eywa’s request after discovering Sky Soul Crystals beneath the Tree of Souls.
• Xu Mo asked Eywa to preserve the crystals’ activity and learned the Na’vi language from her.
• Xu Mo told Neytiri to take him to her home, and Jack followed them through the forest.
• Neytiri led Xu Mo and Jack into the Omatikaya settlement, where two older Na’vi descended toward them.

Xu Mo proved himself to the Na’vi by defeating Tsu'tey and displaying powers they believed came from Eywa. Tsahìk named Xu Mo the tribe’s next chief and Neytiri its next priestess, leaving Jack bewildered.

• Eytukan and Tsahìk questioned Neytiri for bringing Xu Mo and Jack to the tribe, and Tsu'tey challenged Xu Mo to prove Eywa had chosen him.
• Xu Mo accepted the challenge, dodged Tsu'tey’s attack, and sent him flying into a giant tree with one punch.

Xu Mo negotiated with Jack to buy time before the humans attacked Hometree, then showed Eytukan and the others the mineral deposits and human weapons threatening the tribe. The chapter ended with Eytukan asking whether Xu Mo wanted them to abandon their home.

• Xu Mo met Jack in the jungle, where Jack relayed Grace’s request to join the tribe and Miles Quaritch’s demand that the Na’vi leave Hometree.
• Xu Mo agreed to give Grace a place in the tribe and promised the company five months to persuade the Na’vi to relocate.

Xu Mo demonstrated his strength by defeating and taming a Thanator, then told Eytukan that every Warrior Stage fighter in the tribe could reach that level. Eytukan was so excited by the prospect that he declared Xu Mo the tribe's chief.

• Xu Mo refused to let the Sky People mine the metals beneath Hometree and said Eywa had chosen him to help drive them out.
• Xu Mo led Eytukan, Neytiri, and Neytiri's mother into the air on Mountain Banshees, then jumped toward a Thanator and stopped himself in midair.
• Xu Mo used his speed and strength to knock the Thanator unconscious, then linked with it and took control of the beast.
• Xu Mo asked Eytukan whether the tribe could face the Sky People if every Warrior Stage fighter reached his level.

Xu Mo taught the Na'vi to cultivate the Genetic Origin Energy Cultivation Method, and their natural talent allowed hundreds to become Intermediate Warriors. After three days of training, he led them to hunt and return to Hometree before their absence aroused suspicion.

• Xu Mo spent the morning teaching the Na'vi how to cultivate, while Neytiri listened and memorized the method.
• Neytiri began absorbing cosmic energy under Xu Mo's guidance, and more than two hundred Na'vi also reached Intermediate Warrior strength.
• Neytiri completed her first cultivation session and discovered that her strength had increased at least fourfold.
• Three days later, Xu Mo gathered the Na'vi on the Floating Mountain, where Neytiri, Tsu'tey, and others had reached the peak of Intermediate Warrior.

The Marauders raided Hometree, but Eytukan’s unexpectedly powerful warriors quickly drove them off. During the pursuit, the Marauders revealed machine guns and their alliance with the Sky People, forcing Eytukan to order a retreat.

• Theodore led the Marauders toward Hometree, where Grace recognized them and warned Jack about their raids.
• Eytukan and more than fifty Omaticaya warriors charged the Marauders and routed them with their superior strength.
• Grace and Jack watched the Marauders flee and returned to their room, believing the attack was over.
• Eytukan pursued the Marauders into a valley, where they revealed five machine guns.
• Eytukan realized the Marauders had joined forces with the Sky People and leaped into the jungle, ordering his warriors to retreat.

Xu Mo led the Na’vi on a hunt, then confronted and subdued a Toruk to gain the title and influence of Toruk Makto. He left the Toruk beaten into submission and spiritually connected to him.

• Xu Mo led several hundred Na’vi to the wetlands, where they used their enhanced strength to kill Hammerhead Titanotheres.
• A Toruk appeared and frightened the Na’vi and their Mountain Banshees, so Xu Mo sent the hunters back with their prey and flew to meet it.
• Xu Mo knocked the Toruk unconscious with a punch and followed it to the ground.
• Neytiri urged Xu Mo to connect with the Toruk, but he kept punching it whenever it began to recover.
• After seven or eight blows, the Toruk submitted and extended its neural connection organ, allowing Xu Mo to establish a spiritual connection with it.

Xu Mo returned to Hometree as Toruk Makto after a successful hunt, then learned that Eytukan and the warriors had wiped out the Marauders at the cost of several lives. The tribe celebrated its growing strength, while Xu Mo realized the attackers had likely been armed by Colonel Miles Quaritch and saw the Sky People as a threat.

• Xu Mo led the Na'vi hunting party back to Hometree on Toruk, carrying more than a hundred Hammerhead Titanotheres.
• Grace explained to Jack that Toruk Makto was the Na'vi's spiritual leader, while the tribe cheered Xu Mo's return.
• An elder told Xu Mo that Eytukan and the others had pursued the Marauders, and the battered warriors soon returned with several corpses.

• Xu Mo took firearms and ammunition from seven warehouses and decided not to spend points on a high-grade treasure to strengthen his temporary body.
• Xu Mo led more than a dozen Na’vi tribes to migrate into the Floating Mountains’ karst caves.

Xu Mo and Neytiri formed a mate bond through the Neural Link, then went hunting Sturmbeasts near Toya Lake. Neytiri easily killed more than a dozen before the herd charged her and knocked her into the lake.

• Xu Mo warned Neytiri to consider the Na'vi lifelong bond carefully, but she said she had decided and could wait for him, so they connected their braids through the Neural Link.
• The next morning, Xu Mo gave Neytiri a Storage Ring and a Black God Suit, and they agreed to hunt before the rainy season.
• Xu Mo and Neytiri rode Toruk to Toya Lake, where Neytiri spotted a rare herd of Sturmbeasts.
• Neytiri used her new strength and Black God Suit to kill and store more than a dozen Sturmbeasts while Xu Mo guided Toruk to block their escape.

• Neytiri discovered the Black God Suit had protected her from a Sturmbeast’s charge and used it to defeat the remaining beasts.
• Xu Mo and Neytiri unlocked his water-combat and aerial-combat achievements, then returned to Hometree with their Storage Rings full of prey.
• Xu Mo cooked seasoned beast meat for Neytiri, Grace, and Jack, and confirmed that he and Neytiri were together.

• In the southern hangar, Warlord Rank Na’vi defeated the soldiers and wrecked the equipment, while an officer’s gunfire destroyed his own subordinates.
• Xu Mo flew into the base after the fighting subsided and headed toward a northern machinery warehouse.
• Xu Mo entered an assembly workshop and found a large mecha surrounded by Na’vi corpses, where Colonel Miles Quaritch recognized him as the attacker.

Xu Mo defeated Colonel Miles Quaritch, took his mech, and seized control of the human base on Pandora. The base’s technical personnel agreed to work for him, leaving Xu Mo with the people and resources to equip the Na’vi for humanity’s eventual return.

• Xu Mo used his Psychic Force to send the Na’vi warriors out of harm’s way and confronted Miles Quaritch in his mech.
• Xu Mo immobilized the mech, opened its cockpit, and removed Miles after locating and disabling its control hub.
• Xu Mo stored the mech in his Space Ring and killed Miles with a steel pipe driven into his chest.
• The next morning, Grace told Xu Mo that the base’s technical personnel had agreed to work for him.
• Xu Mo decided to keep the personnel and use the base as a weapons factory to equip the Na’vi.

Xu Mo prepared Pandora's Na'vi tribes to resist the Sky People and left Neytiri instructions before entering cryogenic sleep. Back in his original world, he checked his upgraded status and found that clearing monsters had brought him about 800 million points.

• Xu Mo restricted the base's research to weapons and armor, assigned the original mercenaries to the mines, and received Professor Grace's technical data.
• Xu Mo visited Na'vi tribes across Pandora, leaving two Advanced Warrior Na'vi in each to lead them and teach cultivation.

Xu Mo used Dimensional Teleportation to return to the world where Kim Min-hee, Kim Li-su, and Alyssa lived, intending to take them and the Undead Army away. He learned that the world remained chaotic and discovered that the women had gathered supplies across fifty cities.

• Xu Mo exchanged points for Dimensional Teleportation and opened a gateway to another world.
• Xu Mo arrived at the villa and reunited with Kim Li-su, Kim Min-hee, and Alyssa.
• Kim Min-hee told Xu Mo that people had formed gangs and seized control of cities after the zombies were wiped out.
• Xu Mo said he had come to take the three women and the Undead Army away, and they agreed to leave with him.
• Kim Li-su showed Xu Mo the supplies she and the others had collected, including weapons and equipment stored across fifty cities.

Xu Mo used the Astral Tower to bring fifty supply-filled cities from the Zombie World into his Forbidden Land Space. He left Kim Min-hee and the other two women with Lorelei to learn cultivation, while the cities became a new source of supplies.

• Kim Li-su told Xu Mo she had gathered useful supplies, and Xu Mo said he could take them all using the Astral Tower.
• Xu Mo revealed his Beast God Avatar, lifted the first city out of the Earth, and placed it in the Forbidden Land Space.
• Xu Mo moved fifty cities from the Zombie World into the space, leaving fifty enormous pits behind.
• Xu Mo showed the three women their new surroundings and demonstrated that he could reshape the city's landscape.

Xu Mo returned to the first-generation Spider-Man universe and learned that Reed had taken Spider Serum into space to study the approaching cosmic storm. In New York, Xu Mo saw that Pietro was wearing a black Spider-Man suit, realized Venom had arrived early, and decided to begin his plan.

• Xu Mo returned to the laboratory after more than three years had passed in the first-generation Spider-Man universe and reunited with Grace and Sally.
• Grace told Xu Mo that Reed's team had created Spider Serum, but the animals injected with it had died, so Reed had taken some serum to the Baxter Group space station.
• Sally reported that Reed's spacecraft had launched with Reed as its only passenger, and Xu Mo agreed that the researchers should remain on leave.
• Xu Mo and Sally ate at a New York restaurant, where he saw a Daily Bugle photo showing Pietro in an all-black Spider-Man suit.
• Xu Mo realized Venom had arrived on Earth earlier than expected and decided to begin his plan involving a million Symbiotes.

Xu Mo reunited with Pietro, who had become Venom’s host and was behaving like a carefree social butterfly. Xu Mo lured Pietro to a remote clearing and began using speakers to separate Venom from him.

• After lunch, Sally invited Xu Mo to her apartment, but Xu Mo spotted Pietro dancing awkwardly nearby and filmed him instead.
• Pietro recognized Xu Mo and excitedly reunited with his old friend, so Xu Mo postponed visiting Sally.
• Xu Mo loaded several large speakers into his car and drove Pietro to an open area outside New York, where Pietro arranged them in a circle.
• As Xu Mo positioned Pietro among the speakers, Venom tried to escape, but Pietro suppressed its attempt to control him and tore at the symbiote.
• Venom clung back to Pietro as they struggled, and Xu Mo activated the speakers, filling the clearing with a piercing sound.
