Ch. 421Q-Flash!
Plot points and events
- The bot lanes trade aggressively. When Leona engages, Vi arrives from behind; Varus Flashes away, leaving Leona to be killed by Jhin. Leave gets the kill, while Takuya takes the assist.
- Wukong fails to find a top-lane opening because Shanji recognizes the danger and stays near his turret.
- After clearing his top jungle, Takuya returns to gank Rumble before he reaches level six. He catches 369 with a Q-Flash, setting up K’Sante’s follow-up and securing another kill despite Rumble’s attempted escape.
- Takuya then takes the Elemental Dragon. Jhin’s two kills and strong farm leave Varus pinned beneath his turret, giving Vi’s team control of the bot side.
- Wukong abandons his plan to gank bot and heads toward his Raptors. He finds Vi invading the camp and calls teammates to help, setting up a jungle confrontation.
Character developments
- Takuya/Relife continues to impress in his second LPL game. He shows sharp timing, confidence, and coordination, turning two ganks into a major early-game lead.
- Leave converts his advantage into pressure, while Takuya deliberately gives him the kill because he trusts Leave to carry.
- Shanji shows disciplined awareness by anticipating a possible gank and retreating, then gains breathing room after Takuya helps top.
- 369 recognizes that K’Sante’s unusually persistent trading signals a nearby jungler, but Takuya’s Q-Flash catches him before he can escape.
- Kanavi/Wukong grows increasingly frustrated by Vi’s repeated invasions and responds by summoning teammates.
Themes and interactions
- Awareness and discipline: Shanji avoids a gank by reading the map, while 369 correctly senses danger but cannot evade Vi’s setup.
- Teamwork and trust: Vi’s gank works through coordination with K’Sante, and Takuya’s choice to give Leave the kill reflects confidence in his carry.
- Momentum and pressure: The kills, Jhin’s farm lead, and the early dragon combine to restrict the opposing bot lane and open more objectives.
- Rivalry and escalation: Kanavi’s anger over Vi entering his jungle—especially after a previous invasion—turns the advantage into a brewing contest over camps and map control.
