The pace of this book is cultivation, daily life, solving cases, working hard for promotions, with some major events mixed in for the protagonist to take part in.
Later on, I'll also write about managing the protagonist's own family, including business and GC content. The protagonist's main purpose in arranging all this is to find cultivation resources.
After all, this is a social system. No matter how badass you are on your own, you'll still be suppressed by truth. The only way out is to find a way to grasp the truth yourself.
Most importantly, the conflicts between characters won't be written with the hysterics of a Korean drama. Instead, they'll have the restrained, gentle, silent quality of Chinese people, so there's no need to worry about melodramatic plotlines.
As for the story's pacing, it'll stay roughly as it is now. Sometimes I'll write in greater detail, and once a major arc is finished, there may be time skips of several years or even over a decade. After all, this is a cultivation world—if I wrote it day by day, who knows when it would ever end.
But before an arc is finished, I most likely won't speed up time. My previous book was pushed along by the comments, and it made the later parts very painful to write.
Finally, I hope all you big shots and beloved readers can enjoy this pace and like this book. And most importantly, while the book is new, please give it a follow-up read, monthly votes, recommendation votes, and comments. It's currently sixth among new books—everyone, you're amazing. When I started this book, I never dared imagine I'd achieve these results.
