Qin Fen played with his phone, apparently struck by an idea. He took a bite of foie gras, then popped a snail into his mouth. Damn, this is the life. Though the food didn't taste all that great. Foreigners liked their food so mild it was a little strange. Big Chef preferred stronger flavors.
He mulled it over briefly, then a message caught his attention. "When did I follow this official account? What the hell is Strong Shield Lighting?"
Big Chef stared at the message displayed on the official account, baffled. "Strong Shield, Strong Shield! Squat down and see the light above your head! We have a flagship store on JD.com, dear!"
Damn, isn't this ad a little too unhinged? Qin Fen's gaze suddenly wandered. He remembered that the WeChat Heavenly Court Team had an official account too, one that released information about WeChat versions. So why couldn't he set one up himself? Apparently, they were pretty awesome.
Right. Qin Fen wasn't just an ordinary guy anymore. He was a celebrity. Fine, that thought made him feel a little embarrassed, but he really was famous now.
He also had plenty of middle-aged and elderly fans in the culinary world. Since he was promoting himself, why not take a two-pronged approach? Besides his segment on A Bite of China and his upcoming book, he could play around with WeChat too, promoting his food and health tips on people's phones.
With that thought, he got straight to work. Only a new-generation man of action could blaze a trail. Big Chef immediately registered an account. As for the name, he called it Rhythm Beneath the Desk Lamp.
While he noisily fiddled with it, the three guys beside him found it hard to enjoy their meal. Big Chef simply wouldn't settle down and eat.
