A single startled cry threw the entire area around Kunlun Mountain into chaos.

Although none of them had met Big Chef, their teacher was the Heavenly Dao. By that reasoning, the man would be their teacher's superior, the spokesman for the Dao, one level above the Heavenly Dao.
The surrounding creatures began trembling in fright. Holy shit, was that weakling just now the Dao Ancestor? That's terrifying.
It was not that they refused to believe it. There was simply too much information to process all at once. Many creatures had not even taken human form yet, and suddenly their brains felt woefully inadequate. They crashed and short-circuited on the spot.
