The Savage Legion, as its name suggested, was a legion of savages. They looked like the most primitive army imaginable. But anyone who truly treated them as a primitive army would die a miserable death. Those crude wooden clubs, long stones, stone knives, and stone axes were no weaker than finely crafted metal weapons. The patterns on their bodies amplified their strength with mysterious powers, and they also possessed group-enhancement abilities similar to the Witch Clan's Totem Pillars. Their fanatical fighting spirit, as fearless of death as that of zealous believers, made them exceedingly difficult opponents!

The Mummy Legion was a specialty of the Ancient Egyptian Civilization, a rather unusual troop type, yet also its most widespread and lowest-ranking one. Judging by appearances alone, however, scarcely anything resembling a normal human could be found among the low- and middle-ranking African troops. The higher their rank, the more they resembled ordinary people, such as priests and pharaohs.
