The two dragon gods must have discussed beforehand how to begin.

So Tiamat retreated to one side, merely glaring viciously at the castle on the cliff with eyes full of malice and cunning, occasionally rolling her eyes in the Undead's direction.

She still seemed rather resentful over what had happened to Faerunriel... If those Undead had not meddled, how could Bahamut have cursed her dragon eggs?

The Platinum Dragon God Bahamut paid no attention to Tiamat's little antics. The hatred between them had been forged from the day they were born and could never be untangled for all eternity.

But when it concerned the future of all dragons, and after they had sworn an oath to Io, the Nine-Faced Dragon God, cooperation had become inevitable.

He fixed his catlike deep-blue eyes on the castle below. "Undead who dare humiliate us dragons so! Feel the wrath of dragons!"

Tiamat instantly charged toward the castle, then abruptly stopped fifty meters outside the Dark Canopy surrounding it. Her five dragon heads began sweeping attacks at once:

The blue head unleashed a lightning beam fully two meters wide.

The red head released a Flame Cone. The flames were only two meters wide at her mouth, but by the time they reached the castle, they spanned nearly twenty meters.

The green head released a cloud of poisonous chlorine gas. The sprawling cloud hissed as it touched the Dark Canopy, bursting into strange dark-green bubbles before mixing with the waterfall-like torrent of powerful acid from the black head, which rushed toward the castle's outer perimeter and flowed down toward its lower walls... Judging by how the Undead that had been charging toward the castle to self-destruct pounced on it with nearly explosive speed, that bizarre smoke and dust must have had quite a kick as well.
