"We've always suspected that the fierce black dragon on that unnamed island southwest of Snowfall Island... the one at the outermost point of the bay between it and Guinais Island... wasn't one dragon, but identical twins.
"He usually doesn't pick fights with us, and he generally just charges passing merchant ships a toll instead of robbing them... he just likes robbing other crooks, and he's vicious about it. He won't even leave us any heads to collect.
"The reason we ever interacted with him was... sometimes we had to compete with him for pirates with bounties on their heads. But if we got them first, the black dragon would wait nearby, and if we didn't want those pirates' filthy ships, he'd drag them away himself.
"He seemed to be planning to furnish himself a cave full of shipwrecks... a weird hobby.
