Rosero had always been a clever, quick-witted Devil. Otherwise, he would never have lived so comfortably at Glasya's side, when even her own parents could not understand the workings of that brilliant mind of hers.

In Glasya's palace, as long as one did not show too much interest in certain information, left when it was time to leave, and, when leaving was impossible, made sure to sit beside colleagues with even more curiosity and play with one's nails, one could basically survive.

Although people were always cleaning out Glasya's harem, they would not sweep everyone away in one go. They dealt with the most troublesome ones first.

And considering how quickly Glasya stuffed new favorites into her palace, as long as one was careful and steady enough, one would never be the most conspicuous presence.

Asmodeus would not care who lived in his daughter's palace anyway. When he cleaned house, he would care even less whether he had seen the trash he swept out before.

So, even though Rosero avoided overly secret information quite quickly, he still knew more than most Devils about certain matters involving the beings at Hell's highest levels.

Especially the sort of gossip that was not particularly secret, merely unknown to lower-ranking Devils.

For example, matters related to fate... Though the Lord of Hell lacked that ability himself, he had beings whose power he could borrow: Asmodeus was quite familiar with many evil gods of fate.

He seemed very interested in fate, so he had found plenty of friends who could analyze and explain it to him.

With the abilities of those evil gods, toying with a Moon Goddess who had only recently been born and acted entirely on instinct was absolutely no problem.

Tch. And she was a Silver Moon Goddess of the Chaos Faction.
