Lynn considered it for a while, then refused. He had joined the Harpers Alliance mainly because Milil was one of its founders, not because he had truly intended to devote his life to peace across Faerûn.

Besides, the Harpers Alliance was nowhere near as united as it appeared.

The current Mystra had single-handedly destroyed more than half the Alliance her predecessor had worked so hard to build.
