"Hmph, a parasite barely clinging to life." Madara's voice was low and full of contempt, like ice scraping across stone. The Magatama in his Sharingan turned slightly, and an icy spiritual force powerful enough to suffocate instantly enveloped the struggling remnant soul within Ginny.

This was not magic, but crushing hypnosis and suppression at the level of the soul.

"No... you... who are you...?" A terrified, twisted voice, bearing the tone of the teenage Tom Riddle yet incomparably ancient, squeezed out of Ginny's mouth in broken fragments, filled with unbelievable fear.

Madara did not answer. He did not even show the slightest unnecessary emotional fluctuation. His Sharingan merely focused slightly, and the mental suppression abruptly intensified. The struggling black mist inside Ginny seemed to be viciously seized by an invisible giant hand, instantly compressed and imprisoned, no longer able to affect Ginny's body in the slightest. Ginny's body went completely limp and collapsed into a deeper sleep, forcibly protected by Madara's power. The pained, struggling expression on her face vanished as well.

Madara lowered his head and looked at the tiny girl. Red hair, freckles—the distinctive traits of the Weasley Family. In his eyes, she was merely an insignificant pawn who had been used. Yet her existence perfectly proved just how despicable Voldemort's methods were—he had even dared to corrupt the soul of an eleven-year-old girl. This so-called Dark Lord was, at his core, nothing more than a coward who feared death and would stop at nothing.
