Two Important Things

First, I'd like to recommend a friend's book.

Elves: One New Skill Every Month

It's a new book by a veteran author, starting in the Paldea Region. I used to really like I Chose Torchic at the Start.

There are fewer and fewer new Pokémon novels these days, so enjoy them while you can.

Hmm, and a quick announcement: I want to finish Eevee before the New Year, but the projected length may make that difficult. Hopefully, I can update more often over these next two months.

Then I'll start a new book after the New Year. It'll probably still be another Pokémon novel.

As for the premise, I've considered I Rebuild the Pokémon World in the Wasteland, with the Fourth Calamity and post-apocalyptic reconstruction, a Pokémon version of This Game Is Too Realistic;

Or a long-lived protagonist, with the main plot centered on finding Pokémon from the past and everyday life, with plenty of showing off and that sort of thing;

There's also a weirdly mashed-up premise like Pokémon Master in the Beast-Taming World, which already sounds like a hodgepodge.

But the editors don't seem too optimistic about any of them.

What do you all think?

Or should I stick with the most mainstream route: an urban Pokémon academy story, or a journey through the original world?
