Android 18 fought Odin and demanded compensation after overpowering him, while Loren asked for several of Asgard’s treasures. Odin had come to discuss an important matter with Loren, but the chapter ended with Thor angrily rejecting Loren’s demand.

After Frost Giants led by Laufey arrived at Morgan Manor demanding the Casket of Ancient Winters, Loren revealed that it had fused with Tifa. He offered Laufey a choice: submit to him, or lose any hope of reclaiming the treasure.

• Alice warned Loren and his wives that abnormal energy was rapidly approaching, so they prepared for an attack.
• Laufey and several dozen Frost Giants arrived at Morgan Manor through the Bifrost and froze the courtyard.

• Laufey pledged the Frost Giants’ loyalty, then told Loren how Loki had sent him to Earth and was now imprisoned in his dungeon.
