At first, Psylocke from another universe had told him about the existence of the Black Spirit King. Then, in the Zombie Universe and Scarlet Witch Wanda's Dream World, he had encountered his counterparts from those universes, though his self in the Zombie Universe had already been a corpse.
Then Conqueror Kang had also said that he had met many parallel versions of Miles and had even suffered losses because of them. That was why he had mastered so many techniques designed to counter Miles's Electronic Infiltration.
Beyond that, Kang Taijun had collected the heads of "Miles Zero" from multiple parallel universes and made them into a Psypoint Matrix. That almost grotesque act had successfully enraged Miles, but it had also made him keenly realize that within the Multiverse he currently belonged to, the existence of "Miles Zero" seemed to be an extremely common phenomenon.
On that basis, Miles had conceived a bold idea. Using the Mulpus technology left behind by the Shadow King, he would guide "Miles Zero" from various universes and form his own Miles Alliance.
This was not impossible. The Shadow King had once called upon multiple "Shadow Kings" from parallel universes in the depths of the Astral Plane, devouring one another in an attempt to become a god. In the end, however, Miles had stopped him.
