The five pillars of light had yet to fade when the battle began.

Gold-and-White Armor Kang raised his hand.

All five moved at once.

Heavy Armor Kang charged at Thor. Every step smashed a crater into the ground. Two particle cannons extended from his shoulders and fired straight at Thor.

Speed Kang became a blur, lashing an energy whip at Natasha and Clint.

Tech Rune Kang formed seals with both hands, locking a halo that combined machinery and magic onto Strange.

Time Kang wore no armor. The power of time flowing beneath his skin made even the air grow thick. He stared at Wanda.

The one in gold-and-white armor stood still, watching Chu Hang.

"Greedy One." His voice rang directly inside Chu Hang's head. "The Council gave you an SSS rating. Today, I'm here to verify it."

Chu Hang did not move.

He was watching.

The five Kangs worked seamlessly together. Heavy Armor kept Thor occupied, Speed suppressed the ordinary humans, Tech Rune handled the sorcerer, and Time Kang countered Wanda.

Their leader had reserved Chu Hang for himself.

Divide, surround, and defeat them one by one.

Textbook tactics.

Unfortunately, their intelligence was outdated.

Thor raised his battle-axe, and all six stones flared. The particle cannons struck him without so much as stirring his cape.

"You call that an attack?" Thor grinned. "Let me show you what power looks like."

He brought his axe down.

The Space, Power, and Reality Stones activated simultaneously. Heavy Armor Kang's liquid armor tore like paper, and both he and the ground beneath him were cleaved in two.

Three seconds.

Speed Kang flickered as he lashed out with his whip, aiming to coil it around Natasha's neck.

Wanda raised her hand.

"Your whip never existed."

The energy whip vanished. It did not snap or shatter.
