The Stark Expo's closing ceremony ultimately turned into a fireworks show.

Ivan Vanko's drone army appeared right on schedule, and War Machine was hacked too, its guns aimed at Tony Stark. The scene was chaotic, but the outcome was much as Chu Hang had expected.

Using the backdoor password he had given her, Natasha rebooted War Machine. Tony and Rhodey, the two iron cans, joined forces and knocked Ivan Vanko, clad in his final-version armor, to the ground. Ivan tried to take everyone down with him by activating a self-destruct sequence, but he was dealt with as well.

Hammer Industries was finished, and Justin Hammer went to prison. Stark Industries' stock dipped briefly before quickly rising again, even higher than before.

A few more zeros appeared in Chu Hang's bank account.

He sat in his office, with New York's nightscape beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows. The news was playing on the television. Tony and Rhodey were receiving medals in Congress, both grinning happily.

Everything was proceeding according to the script he had written.

Just then, his private phone rang. It was an encrypted line, and a one-eyed skull appeared on the screen.

"Fury, I thought we had an agreement. Don't bother me unless it's important." Chu Hang answered, his voice calm.

"There's been an incident." Nick Fury's voice sounded exhausted over the phone, with barely restrained anger beneath it. "Something fell from the sky."

"A meteorite? An alien spaceship?" Chu Hang asked casually.

"A hammer." Fury paused. "A hammer no one can lift. It made a huge crater in New Mexico, and our people have already sealed off the site."
