Background / History

The Chaos City Lord is a disciple of the Primal Ancestor. He created the Universe Chaos Monument, which teaches the Time and Space Origin Laws together 156 199. From a hidden space deep within the City Lord Mansion, he first notices Xiao Yang’s unusual bloodline, innate techniques, and rapid progress. Remembering the death of another gifted disciple, Kedi, he takes an interest in Xiao Yang’s safety 157.

When the Primal Ancestor accepts Xiao Yang as a disciple, Chaos City Lord becomes Xiao Yang’s senior brother. To conceal the Primal Ancestor’s involvement, Xiao Yang is publicly presented as the City Lord’s disciple. The City Lord is also entrusted with answering Xiao Yang’s questions between the Primal Ancestor’s visits 199.

• Uses the Thousand Treasures River; during his covert trip to Earth, he leaves it in place to avoid drawing attention to his absence 203.
