Getting the Pirate Ship

After Greyhide broadcast his surrender, the pirates who had been attacking suffered a devastating drop in morale, and most of their desire to fight vanished.

The pirates who had already boarded Li Qinwu's ship saw their combat strength plummet and were wiped out by the Scimitar-class Frigate's Anti-Boarding Squad.

The pirates still aboard the pirate ship tried to resist, intending to retake the bridge, seize control of the vessel, and flee.

But Greyhide had used the central control console to seal every hatch he could control, isolating the pirates one by one in separate compartments.

He had even cut the power, plunging the pirates into total darkness.

What followed was simple. Once the Anti-Boarding Squad aboard the Scimitar-class Frigate had killed all the pirates on Li Qinwu's ship, they sent infantry over by Shuttle and began clearing the pirate ship compartment by compartment.

It took roughly three days for the pirates aboard the pirate ship to be either killed or forced to surrender.

Inside the pirate ship's bridge, an Anti-Boarding Squad officer came before Li Qinwu, gave an Aquila salute, and reported:

"Sir, we have taken the pirate ship. We killed 4,535 and captured 8,520. Awaiting orders."

Li Qinwu said:

"Send people to inspect them. Anyone with mutations, Chaos tattoos, anyone who laughs with a creepy 'hehehe,' or anyone you simply don't like—drag them out and kill them all!"

A few hours later, the Anti-Boarding Squad officer returned with another report:

"Sir, following your requirements, we executed 3,000. There are 5,500 remaining. Instrument scans show their Warp corruption is within safe limits."

Li Qinwu nodded in satisfaction.

"Bind them all and keep them locked up. We have fewer armed personnel than they do, and I don't
