Li Qinwu led twenty-four SCVs toward the asteroid with heat signatures.

A distance of over a hundred kilometers was just a few taps on the throttle in space.

In less than ten minutes, an asteroid as large as a million Chopped Pepper Fish Heads appeared before Li Qinwu.

There were dozens of artificial passages on the asteroid, all leading deep into its interior. It seemed the pirates had hollowed out the asteroid and turned it into a temporary base.

As for the asteroid's exterior, there were no point-defense weapons or anything else in sight. The pirates could not afford much point-defense weaponry anyway.

Li Qinwu thought for a moment and ordered one of the mining Shuttles,

"Shuttle Two, go poke the asteroid and see if you can flush them out!"

Shuttle Two immediately let out a startled cry,

"Ah! You scared me to death!"

Li Qinwu said sternly,

"Go, now! Carry out the mission—hit it once, then run!

This asteroid looks so poor that one hit might just blow it up!"

Shuttle Two could only approach the asteroid reluctantly, then aimed its laser drill at it and began drilling.

It had barely drilled for a moment when a huge swarm of aircraft burst out from inside the asteroid. At a glance, there were hundreds of them!

"Help!!

I didn't expect this to happen!!

I'm not done living yet!!"

The moment Shuttle Two realized it had poked a pirate nest and so many pirate craft had appeared, it turned around and fled.

But after running for a while, it realized it was not being attacked, so it stopped.
