Li Qinwu brought ten Fleet Iron Guards, the Psychic Amplifier he had named the Golden Altar, and the old mage responsible for chanting, as they entered the Vault through the Portal.
The Vault had now expanded enormously, with several large factories. Li Qinwu figured that after letting it develop for another year or so, he could move some of the factory equipment inside.
Then he would also need to consider adding some armaments, such as mounting the Macro Cannons and Lances they had captured earlier onto the Vault's outer shell as defensive weapons.
Once everyone had entered the Vault, Li Qinwu told them to rest, then slit his own throat and died.
