Response Regarding the Author and Group Mods Being Bombarded with Verification Codes, and Other Matters
Guys, I need to talk about a few things.
My regular updates are two chapters, or 4,000 words. That is basically my day job, and it never changes.
Bonus chapters for tips are like readers helping me earn some extra cash, so I write more.
Before earning extra cash, I naturally have to finish my day job first. So every day, before writing bonus chapters for tips, I actually post my regular chapters first.
You can check the table of contents and look through it by date. Every day, there are always two chapters at the beginning that do not say "Bonus chapter thanks to so-and-so's tip." Those are my regular chapters. I write two of them every day.
Only after finishing those two chapters do I write bonus chapters for tips, and only then do I put "Bonus chapter thanks to so-and-so's tip" at the beginning.
So there is no need to worry that I am passing off regular chapters as bonus chapters for tips.
Before raising questions, you can actually look through the table of contents and check for yourself.
I am at least a beginner-level writer now. I still have that much professional integrity.
Next is the matter of the number of tips and chapters. Sometimes, I receive too many tips, but my daily word count output is limited.
My steady output is 8,000 words. If I push myself, I can manage around 20,000 words, or about ten chapters. That is the limit.
When I cannot immediately repay readers' tips, I take screenshots and save the tip records in my phone's photo album, then slowly pay them back.
Same thing as before: please trust my professional integrity.
I have screenshots of every large tip of around 100. I even have a dedicated tip folder on my phone
