Thud! Konan fell onto the bathroom floor.
"Konan!!" Pain Rin rushed to her side, cushioning the back of her wet head with her arm and lifting her up.
"My body... suddenly, I have no strength." Konan opened her unfocused eyes and instinctively covered her chest with an arm.
As the bubbles slid away... Pain Rin saw the "wounds" on her arm.
"Konan, how did you get these injuries?"
Konan's eyes flickered. "While walking, I accidentally got pierced by a nail in the wall."
"A nail?" Pain Rin frowned slightly. These marks don't look like they came from a wall nail. Besides... even if Konan wasn't feeling well, as a Kage Level ninja, she wouldn't make such a careless mistake.

Konan said nothing. She clutched the front of the robe closed, shut her eyes, bit her lip, and leaned against Nagato's chest.
About thirty seconds later, Nagato appeared in Konan's room within Amegakure Tower, carrying her in his arms!
