Everyone had heard that the boss had rented a photography studio as their workspace. The new headquarters was not far from X University, and Cheng Lang had clearly considered how to balance his studies and career in the future. The new office was also conveniently located, only a little over a ten-minute walk from both the bus stop and subway station, making commuting easy for the employees.
"The studio has four floors in total. It's the end of the lunar twelfth month now, and the first month is about to begin. It's not a good time to start construction or renovations, so everyone will have to make do for now. My plan is to turn the first floor into a combined office and reception area. The second floor used to be the clothing and accessories section, so we can convert it into office space. The third and fourth floors were originally photography studios. After renting them, we won't need to make major changes. We can turn them into semi-enclosed milk tea restaurants with themed styles, for entertaining guests. That way, our headquarters will have plenty of room for work while also leaving enough space for customers. Customers can taste our milk tea whenever they want, and we can communicate with them promptly."
"The first and second floors will be work areas, while the third and fourth floors will be themed restaurants?" The marketing manager frowned, somewhat unable to understand Cheng Lang's approach. "Wouldn't that be too chaotic? Customers will be coming and going, which poses a major threat to the company's security management. What if someone blends in with the customers and steals our company secrets..."
The marketing manager did not continue, but everyone clearly understood her concerns.
