After Ye fainted, Makarov and the others rushed over, took him away, and sent him to Porlyusica's home. As Porlyusica examined Ye, she angrily scolded Makarov.

"How could this child have overdrawn himself so severely? What kind of guild master are you?"

Makarov did not dare show the slightest temper after being scolded by Porlyusica. He kept nodding and apologizing.

The two held each other like that. Ye looked at the girl in his arms, lightly kissed her forehead, then gazed out the window and asked, "Want to go for a walk outside with me?"

Mira looked at the boy before her and nodded. The two walked to the bridge where they had played as children and sat on the grass. Mira looked at Ye in confusion, unable to understand what he was thinking. Ye, meanwhile, looked up at the starry sky overhead and slowly reached out as though he wanted to grasp something.

"Ye, what's wrong? You're acting kind of strange."

Ye shook his head. "It's nothing."

Then he clasped Mira's hands tightly. Mira's face immediately turned crimson again. Seeing that the boy had fallen silent, she followed his gaze toward the sky. Stars filled the heavens, insects chirped in her ears, and she seemed to understand how he felt. She gently rested her head on his shoulder and enjoyed their quiet moment together.

"Mira."

"Hmm? What is it?"

"Be my girlfriend!"

Mira looked at the boy before her in shock. She had never imagined that he would confess to her, and for a moment, she was completely at a loss.

"Ye, you!! You!!"

Before she could finish, Mira's eyes widened as the boy kissed her. Who knew how long passed before their lips slowly parted.
