Lu Ao turned to Song Zhou. "We can go over now."
"Where's the pod of orcas?"
"That way." Lu Ao took off his sleeping robe and pointed diagonally ahead. "About two kilometers away."
Song Zhou held him. "Then let's go."
Lu Ao nodded.
The moment Lu Ao teleported into the sea, he saw the orcas.
He shifted into Dragon Form, and the orcas gathered around him, squeaking as they rubbed against him. Some nuzzled his head, some his body, and some his tail. They were even more affectionate than the dog back home.
Lu Ao was startled. Before he could react, he was buried in a crowd of orcas.
Soon, he was lost in the joy of petting them.
Song Zhou reached out to scratch one orca under the chin, and it kept rubbing against his hand.
The two happily petted the orcas as they swam farther out.
The orcas swam with them and never left their side.
As they went, one orca caught Song Zhou's clothes in its mouth, inviting him onto its back.
Lu Ao watched enviously. After nuzzling the orca beside him, he shifted back into human form and climbed onto another orca's back.
The wind at sea was cold.
But Lu Ao was having a wonderful time. His eyes shone, and his face was full of smiles.
Song Zhou watched him with a smile, his whole attention fixed on Lu Ao.
Song Zhou called out, "Aren't you cold?"
Lu Ao felt all right. He had warmed up from moving around, and sitting on the orca's back wasn't too cold. If he gritted his teeth, he could just about keep from shivering.
Seeing that, Song Zhou reached down and touched the seawater. It rose into the air and became a great cloud.
