After the main course came a vegetable and fruit salad Manus had eaten in the Great Hall before, only without the croutons.

For dessert, Manus had prepared mead milk pudding, caramel pudding, cheesecake, candied berries, and chocolate tarts, covering several different types and methods of dessert-making.

The final drink was, without question, fruit juice...

"Don't worry, it really is fruit juice."

Manus looked at Bellows, who seemed rather wary of the juice in his cup, and could not help laughing.

"Hm?"

Severus paused, glancing at the juice he had already drunk more than half of.

What did he mean, it really was fruit juice?

It tasted wonderful—easily the best grape juice he had ever had, even more delicious than the finest grapes he had eaten. Could there be something in it that he did not know about...

"This isn't grape juice-flavored Potions, is it?"

Severus suddenly asked.

Manus froze, thought carefully for a moment, then said something startling.

"If you put it that way, you're not wrong."

Among the many dishes were plenty of simply prepared foods such as sashimi. Strictly speaking, cooking them only meant changing the ingredients with a knife. By that logic, juicing fruit also counted as cooking, and Delicious Potion could be added during the process.

The finished dishes on this table could be said to be an entire table full of all sorts of Potions.

Potions whose effect was making food taste better.

Incidentally, even Rock Cake—which originally only Hagrid could eat, and which even Fang only gnawed at while teething without being able to bite through it—could now be crushed with a little force. It even had a distinctive whole-grain flavor.

Everyone expressed their amazement. As Severus and Lily continued eating, they could not help drawing their wands and casting spells on the table
