As a native mage who successfully counter-killed a transmigrator, tore apart the intruder's soul, and even ripped off a piece of the so-called golden finger the other party had mentioned, Manus believed that as long as he survived this time, he would succeed at anything afterward.

And he did indeed survive-by means of what was known as transmigration.

Although his body was destroyed in the process, he used that transmigrator's soul as fuel and obtained this world's original identity.

Although his golden finger became incomplete, that also freed him from its restrictions. And incomplete meant full of loopholes-and he was exceptionally good at exploiting loopholes.
