"You're right, the Elven Kingdom really does seem a little strange." Prompted by this, Betty suddenly understood. "There really are Elves, and so many of them chose to abandon their faith in the Nature God and throw themselves into your arms."
"Haha, exactly. Dwarf Elves really are an oddity." Roger laughed. "But that's good too. The major nations are now all filled with my believers. Our next plan, our next plan, should be ready to come true soon."
Betty immediately understood what Roger meant, but after hesitating slightly, she still asked, "Before developing functions capable of handling greater amounts of information, shouldn't we begin popularizing the Magic Net that ordinary people can use?"
The Second-Generation Magic Net Ring had actually been developed several days earlier. Compared to the First-Generation Magic Net Ring, its greatest difference was a small black stone on the ring. Before use, one needed to rotate the stone to generate a trace of magic power, activate the Magic Net Ring, and then begin praying to use it normally.
It added the process of rotating the stone to create magic power and removed the step of drawing magic power from one's body. Other than that, there was no difference. The effect was the same in use.
"So the problem's been solved?" Roger raised an eyebrow.
"I don't think that's our problem." Betty shook her head. "Our design is flawless. If there's an error, it can only mean the user operated it incorrectly. It doesn't really matter anyway. They'll just need to activate it again and pray one more time. It'll only delay them by a few dozen seconds."
As of today, the Second-Generation Magic Net Ring had one flaw... though it could not really be called a flaw. Strictly speaking, it was not even a product issue. Roger
