After an unknown amount of time had passed, Viscount Rost suddenly pulled out a stack of parchment and began writing. This was actually a little trick he had learned from Roger.
Not long ago, when the Database function was released, he had wanted his subordinates to compile statistics on matters within the territory. Yet he found that merely giving verbal instructions was always less efficient. Sometimes they misunderstood and did the wrong thing; sometimes they forgot something important. Later, during the factory reforms, he and the Wild Mages tried assigning tasks through writing and recording important information. The results had naturally been excellent.
From then on, whether it was matters within the territory or the duties of the finance minister, everything became simpler and more effective.
He even discovered another advantage to this method: no matter how many people needed to be assigned a task, he did not need to explain it repeatedly himself, nor did his subordinates need to relay it to one another. The completion rate for multi-person tasks rose exponentially. With so many benefits, he simply began handling matters in writing as well.
He also found that he could write something down in reality first, then issue the same instructions again in the Group Chat. That way, there was no need to worry about anyone denying it afterward, and his subordinates would take their work much more seriously.
Very quickly, Viscount Rost drafted a document titled <Public Opinion Brigade Standardization Experiment 0001>. Its opening directly emphasized the importance of the matter. To the mortals of this world, every word struck straight at the heart!
