Audrey had never expected to receive such a response from the goddess. Originally, it should have been her... but this seemed fine too. With the goddess paving the way, becoming the subject of the second interview was not bad either.
She was a devoted believer and clergy member of the Goddess of Love and Beauty. She did not feel even the slightest displeasure. All she could think was that the entertainment-oriented "magazine" her best friend had planned was basically already a success.
After the normal communion ritual ended, Audrey immediately left the secret chamber. Seeing her best friend waiting outside the door, she excitedly told her the answer she had received.
"Gasp—" Newsbird Megan could not help sucking in a cold breath. The Goddess of Love and Beauty was personally stepping in, becoming the target of the first interview and the cover figure of its first issue. Without question, this held enormous appeal for their project and would greatly increase its chances of success—but it also carried a certain degree of risk.
If it failed to meet expectations, it would not only be a blow to them, but also to the Goddess of Love and Beauty. Over time, gods could only do the right things, only things that matched their divine authority. This was the ingrained understanding of all intelligent mortal beings. But if this project went wrong...
Impossible! How could it go wrong? Once the Goddess of Love and Beauty agreed to be the first interview subject, the Technology God and the Magic Goddess would certainly take notice
