Once, it had been paradise for Orcs and a nightmare for Humans.
But now, people seemed to have forgotten the name.
When they suddenly heard it, everyone froze.
Many remembered how, when the Tiele Chiefdom had attacked the Dawn Kingdom, the Technology God Church had helped the kingdom repel it with ease. Even the miracle the War God had bestowed, allowing the Orcs to come back to life, had done them no good.
Later, a follower of the Technology God—Countess Lucina Herick, the Dawn Kingdom's Wolf General—had led her soldiers straight into the Tiele Chiefdom and seized all its territory east of Redleaf Forest.
Everyone had assumed that when the convoy said it would travel along the Westlands border, it meant the old border. They had never expected "Westlands" to include the former Tiele Chiefdom territory now controlled by Lucina and her forces.
Most people in the livestream had never even heard of the Tiele Chiefdom, so they took the news in stride. For the nobles watching, though, it was an entirely different matter.
Nearly every noble knew the Orcs had long coveted their wealth. Countless times, the Orcs had tried to raid them. If a winter turned even a little colder than usual, they would come pouring out to seize food and riches, sometimes even carrying people away to eat.
But now that half the Tiele Chiefdom had fallen into the Dawn Kingdom's hands, did that mean they no longer had to fear an Orc invasion?
At the very least, any invading Orcs would first have to fight their way through the
