Nawaki also knew Kushina Uzumaki's identity. He had come to Ren's class today not only to see Ren, but also to check whether his little sister had been bullied.

As he watched the three leave, a servant slowly approached from inside the shop. "Young Master... are you heading back as well?"

Ren nodded. "Yeah... let's head back too. From now on, anything those three want from our people or shops will be free. Especially Kushina Uzumaki—take good care of her!"

The servant immediately nodded. He firmly etched Kushina Uzumaki's appearance into his mind. For all he knew, she might become their future mistress.

Ren paid no attention to what the servants were thinking and simply left the shop, heading home.

The moment he got back, he saw his grandfather walk in.

Ren was startled. "Grandfather, how did you know?"

"How did Grandfather know?"

Ren was puzzled. His grandfather already knew about what had happened at school.

Thus, Ren sat in his small sitting room, eating Magical Beast meat as he looked questioningly at his grandfather across from him.

His grandfather smiled kindly. "Of course I knew! Many of the Ninja Academy's teachers were students I sponsored back then. Your teacher, Yamada, was one of them. After school, Yamada personally came to visit me and told me about what you experienced today!"

Ren looked oddly at him. "Grandfather... just how many people have you sponsored? Even Ninja Academy teachers are among them!"

His grandfather smiled. "A great many, in any case. They'll all help you in the future. But I truly didn't expect your ability to achieve Awakening so quickly. Then again, the ability of my clan is quite simple. Once one's spiritual power reaches a certain level, it can undergo Awakening quickly."

At that, curiosity appeared in Ren's eyes. "Grandfather... what exactly is this ability? Sensory abilities normally have little offensive power, but why does mine seem somewhat different?"

His grandfather smiled kindly. "That should be the power of emotion, a special kind of Genjutsu based on spiritual pressure. Ordinary Genjutsu relies on a person's spiritual power. "And to do that, one needs terrifying spiritual power. Raising spiritual power is truly difficult. I never expected you, Ren, to reach this point. Perhaps as you grow and your spiritual power increases, you'll be able to comprehend this Emotion Genjutsu!"

His grandfather was a little excited. Someone could inherit his legacy and even surpass him, so naturally he was delighted.

Ren merely chuckled. "I never expected Grandfather's clan to be so remarkable as well. Turning emotions into Genjutsu... that really is rather wondrous!"

As he ate the Magical Beast meat, he carefully recalled what had happened in the classroom today. So it had been a special Genjutsu formed when emotion drew upon spiritual power, making those students feel fear!

Night fell, and Ren stepped into his bedroom, his gaze landing on the corner of the wall.

His grandfather had already left, still filled with joy because Ren had achieved Awakening of his clan's ability.

At that moment, Ren looked at the corner and said, "Although Grandfather's clan ability is decent, it doesn't even compare to the Sharingan. And that Emotion Genjutsu needs powerful spiritual strength as support. My current spiritual power is nowhere near enough. I should first see what Madara Uchiha left behind!"

As for the third, even Ren's grandfather did not know.

Aside from the scrolls, there were weapons and armor. Ren had no interest in either. After all, the true divine weapons had already been taken away by Madara Uchiha.

At that moment, Ren stepped forward and stared at the scroll written by Madara Uchiha.

He gently brushed away the dust, and the writing within came into view.
