Trash Station in Naruto

As soon as he arrived at the classroom, Nawaki barged in and dragged Ren away. Ren still had no idea what was going on.

"Phew..." Nawaki let out a breath, then stared at Ren. "Something huge happened to my sister, and you're the source of it!"

Ren found that even stranger. He found a patch of grass to sit on and asked, "What happened to Sister Tsunade? Did her mission fail?"

"Ren... do you remember those two medicinal ingredients?" Nawaki had calmed down, and there was a hint of anticipation in his voice.

Ren narrowed his eyes. "You mean the Qilin Resin? Did Sister Tsunade take it?"

Thinking of the two pieces of Qilin Resin Tsunade had stolen, Ren was still a little annoyed, but he was no longer as furious as before. A Rock Ninja grinned viciously, drawing his Kunai and vaguely aiming it at Ren.

The other two Rock Ninja also drew their Kunai, gazing mockingly at Nawaki and Katsuyu.

All three were Rock Ninja. Ever since receiving the message, they had been secretly observing them. At first, they had been troubled over how to deal with Nawaki and Ren at the Ninja Academy.

Nawaki was in the Ninja Academy, protected by the teachers there. Though those teachers were not strong, neither were they. Of the three Rock Ninja, two were Genin, while one was barely a Chunin. With such low strength, they might be killed instantly even by one teacher. After all, to infiltrate Konoha, they had to appear like ordinary people, or they would be easily noticed.

If stronger ninjas came, they would likely be caught by Konoha shortly after infiltrating it. Konoha had the Hyuga Clan and the Uchiha Clan. Under the eyes of those two clans, a Jonin with substantial Chakra would be far too easy to detect. Therefore, if other villages wanted to send spies into Konoha, they needed to send ordinary people.
