The sky suddenly froze, and the raging air currents slowly faded.

Kalpo's gaze hardened. He drew his sword, gathered hot and cold air currents around the blade, and charged the Celestial Dragon.

The currents twisted together, wrapping the sword in a storm of clashing air.

The fighting raged on, and the battlefield descended into madness!

Ren pointed at the sky. The gale that had been plunging down and tearing through everything stopped in an instant, then swept off into the distance.

Ren sipped his wine. "Old man Garp... is this the Celestial Dragons' trump card? It looks terrifying, even unbelievable. But if this is all they have, they hardly deserve their reputation. Every one of them is powerful, but their strength comes entirely from resources. Compared to those of us forged in life-and-death battles, they fall far short. Even if Kalpo's air currents are countered by that air power, defeating him is impossible!"

Ren saw the situation clearly. The Celestial Dragons' trump card had startled him, but that was all. The Celestial Dragon and the two members of the Celestial Dragon Organization were each comparable to an Admiral. Yet all three had built their strength on resources, unlike top fighters such as Ren, who had survived life-and-death trials. They were comparable to Admirals, but no more than that. If they had faced life and death themselves, they might truly have matched or even surpassed Admirals. Their Devil Fruits had that much potential.

But none of that was enough to defeat Kalpo.

Garp shook his head. "Ren... that's not the only reason people fear the Celestial Dragons. You know those Sky People everyone sees? They plunder the world's wealth and Devil Fruits, then hand it all to the people behind them—the Celestial Dragons in black. Those people grow strong on those
