Qing Zhi wasn't the only one thinking that. Kizaru and Akainu felt the same way. To Kizaru, Number Two's strength was defense and Number Three's was speed. Neither could defeat him, but together they could keep him occupied, and he had no way to deal with them either. Akainu, meanwhile, faced Number One and his Heat-Heat Fruit. Magma had no effect on him. He could bathe in it, and even the force of its impact melted away in the heat. Akainu would have to rely on Taijutsu and Haki!

Even so, Zero Division needed eight members to keep the Three Admirals fully occupied. It had yet to reach its peak; at the very least, its members still needed to improve their Taijutsu and Haki. Against the Navy Vice Admirals, however, the situation was reversed. Zero Division's remaining four members had the eight Marine Headquarters Vice Admirals firmly on the defensive!

Number Eleven faced Vice Admiral Volcano Burn. He swung his whip around a marine, lifted him off his feet, and hurled him at Volcano Burn.

"Ah... It hurts! It hurts!"

The marine flew toward Volcano Burn in unbearable pain, tears streaming from his eyes even as he refused to give in.

Volcano Burn scowled and caught the marine, but the instant he did, he couldn't help grunting. "That hurts... What is this pain?"

Number Eleven chuckled. "So the Navy's intelligence isn't much good after all! You don't even know about the Pain-Pain Fruit? If I remember right, its previous user was one of your own!"

Volcano Burn looked at the marine, whose eyes had rolled back, and stared in shock. "The Pain-Pain Fruit... The ability to amplify pain a hundredfold. So that's what this is!"

He tossed the unconscious marine behind him and roared, "Don't let his whip touch you!
