Ren waved it off. "I wouldn't call it teaching. We just had a match. Of course, if you really want to thank me, teach me Kido. I've never studied your Death God system properly, so I'm interested in it."
Retsu Unohana shook her head with a gentle smile. "I'm afraid I can't do that, Ren. Your identity is still uncertain. But if you're willing to join the Seireitei, I can vouch for you. Then we'll be on the same side, and I can teach you Kido."
