Back in the Investiture of the Gods World, he absorbed a Blood Jade Sword, survived his Transformation Tribulation, and asked Yuding Zhenren to become his master.

• Ren swallowed the Azure Lotus and fought off the pursuing Holy Sons, using its power to rebuild his body while Jiang Taixu protected him from the Shaking Light Holy Land.
• Ren and Jiang Taixu faced attacks from Emperor Weapons and Forbidden Zone Supremes until the Wushi Emperor Bell intervened, after which Ren left through a black hole and entrusted Yan Ruyu’s safety to the Supremes.
• Ren returned to the Investiture of the Gods World, hid inside the Zhu Xian Sword, and listened as Yuding and Huanglong discussed cultivation, Huanglong’s body, and the costs of a Nine-Turn Golden Elixir.
• While Yuding taught the Jade Marrow Lifeforms, Ren found a Blood Jade Sword within the mountain and planned to absorb it to earn Yuding’s guidance.
• After Yuding left the cave, Ren trapped the Blood Jade Sword in the Sword Spirit Space and merged with it, spending three years absorbing it and expelling its impurities.
• Ren emerged as a Blood Jade Sword during a Thunder Tribulation, endured its strikes, and transformed into human form after the final bolt.
• Ren discovered that his Sea of Bitterness had become a Dead Sea, then bowed to Yuding Zhenren and called him Master.

Ren sought Purple Star Qi in the Heavenly Flames World by building an empire, gathering allies, and claiming Heavenly Flames. He left the Snake People Tribe with Medusa, while Yao Lao began unifying the Northwest Continent and Ren headed toward Jia Nan Academy.

• Ren asked Yuding Zhenren to accept him as a disciple, and Yuding agreed before severing his Obsession Corpse and entering the Quasi-Saint realm.
• Ren studied cultivation under Yuding Zhenren, learned the Jade Pure Sage Art and Nine-Turn Mysterious Technique, and completed the First Turn after enduring repeated body-shattering and rebuilding.
• Yuding Zhenren defeated Guangchengzi in a duel over the Ziwei Great Emperor position, then gave the position to Ren so he could draw on the Celestial Star Formation.
• Ren entered the Heavenly Flames World, revived Xiao Yan’s mother, and awakened Yao Lao before recruiting the Amethyst Winged Lion King and finding the Purifying Demonic Lotus Flame map fragment.

As the Investiture of the Gods approached, he went with Yang Jian to seek help for his sword-damaged organs and learned Lei Zhenzi would become Gouchen Great Emperor.

• Ren destroyed the Cultivation Tower, seized the Fallen Heart Flame, crippled Han Feng, and found Tou She Ancient God’s sealed cave mansion beneath the magma.
• Ren freed Zhukun from the cave mansion in exchange for the Three Thousand Burning Flame, then formed an alliance with him and reunited him with Zi Yan.
• Ren established the Star Dynasty, but the Soul Clan attacked during its founding ceremony, and Ren defeated Nihility Devouring Flame while Medusa killed Hun Miesheng.

• Ren found more treasures in Fossils and used the materials Yun Zhongzi supplied to repair his organs, form five Divine Residences, and strengthen his body with Sword Aura.
• Ren completed his cultivation and endured a Nine-Nine Heavenly Tribulation, advancing to the Profound Immortal Realm and receiving Merit for the Shrouding cultivation method.
• Ren helped Yun Zhongzi forge the Investiture Altar, then agreed to protect Ji Fa’s bloodline in exchange for Jiang Ziya’s Six Strategies and the God-Striking Whip’s Artifact Spirit.
• Ren promised Jiang Ziya he would help free Shen Gongbao and defeat Lu Ya, while Ji Fa’s submission gave Ren a great increase in Purple Star Qi.
