• Ren cultivated the Reincarnation Emperor Scripture as Pingxin guided him through past lives, then returned to the Lower Realm with Ruthless Emperor.
• Xuanming led the Wu Clan out of the Underworld, killed the Quasi-Saints who attacked them, and claimed Buzhou Mountain for the clan.

He led the assault on Spirit Mountain with the Shura Sect, destroyed its defenses, and confronted a young monk formed from Jieyin’s essence blood and Buddhist beliefs.

• Ren accepted Xingtian’s offer of a Human-Witch army, and Xuanming later rewarded Ruthless for her help before Ruthless carried Ren back to Ziwei Palace.
• Xiangliu brought the Wu Clan army to Ren after a Creation Jade Butterfly Fragment appeared in Northern Jambudvipa, and Ren marched there with his own forces.
• Ren and his allies fought Cihang Daoren and the Buddhist forces, and Ren used the Four Zhu Xian Swords to kill Cihang and help destroy the Expounding Gate.

After Liuli Buddha sacrificed himself to wound her, the Demon Empress remained confined to Demon Land as the surviving Buddhists considered how to destroy it.

• Ren’s Killing Sword severed the young monk’s arm, but Ren was badly injured and recovered in Minghe’s Eight-Treasure Merit Pool while the battles across the Western Lands continued.
• Ren advanced his body to the Six Revolutions of Reincarnation with Blood Lotus Seeds and Lu Ya’s Solar True Flame, then took temporary command of the Shura Sect and led its assault on Spirit Mountain.
• Ren’s Four Zhu Xian Swords split Great Leiyin Temple and shattered the Western Ox Continent, after which he ordered the Shura Sect to destroy Buddhism and the Western Lands’ Spirit Veins.
