Chapter Summaries

Ren investigated Nagato’s home, encountered White Zetsu and Black Zetsu, and received a scroll of techniques from Madara Uchiha. Madara revealed that he wanted Ren to become an executor in his plans, while Ren watched Nagato suffer under their control.

• Ren searched Nagato’s home and found an Uzumaki sealing-jutsu scroll among the traces of the killings.
• White Zetsu and Black Zetsu appeared through the bodies of dead Konoha ninja and gave Ren a scroll of ninjutsu and Sharingan guidance.
