"The battlefield here is too small." Setsuna looked up at the sky. "Let's fight up there."
Before he had finished speaking, he became a streak of golden light and shot into the sky.
Imu sneered and flung her black wings open, the resulting gust ravaging the ruins of Mary Geoise once more.
The two figures streaked across the sky like meteors, facing off ten thousand meters above the Red Line.
Beneath their feet rolled a sea of clouds; above their heads stretched the vast starry sky.
Even birds could scarcely reach this height.
"Do you think fleeing into the sky will change anything?" Imu spread her six wings fully, dark purple energy flowing over every feather.
"I'm only choosing a suitable grave for you." Setsuna brought his hands together at his waist, dazzling light suddenly blazing between his palms.
"Kamehameha!"
An energy wave dozens of meters across roared forth like a torrent, warping the air in its path and tearing a vacuum corridor straight through the clouds.
A trace of disdain flashed in Imu's eyes. "A futile struggle."
She did not even move, merely raising a finger slightly and forming a pitch-black barrier at its tip.
The torrent of energy struck it, only to vanish like a clay ox sinking into the sea, swallowed whole.
Setsuna frowned, but his assault did not slow.
His arms swung at high speed, unleashing countless energy blasts in a torrential downpour.
"Conqueror's Coating Meteor Shower!"
Every energy blast was wreathed in Conqueror's Haki as it hurtled toward Imu like a meteor.
Yet Imu merely fluttered her wings, turning her black feathers into a sky full of blades that sliced apart the incoming blasts one by one. The light of the explosions bloomed high in the sky like brilliant fireworks.
"You are indeed very strong."
