The Beginning of War

Inside the Five Elders' meeting.
"Has this matter been confirmed?" asked the old man with the golden beard in an icy voice.
"Yes. Cobra, the king of the Alabasta Kingdom, has fallen into the Revolutionary Army's hands," replied the old man sitting with his hands crossed over his knees, a scar at the corner of his eye.
"That man knows quite a few things. It will be troublesome if the Revolutionary Army gets their hands on him." The elderly swordsman with glasses adjusted them and spoke while holding his sword.
"Indeed. Inform Sengoku. What has he been doing these past three years? He actually allowed the Revolutionary Army to grow this powerful. Hmph, he is becoming untrustworthy as well!" said the bald, round-headed old man, whose beard hung from both sides of his face like two great blades, furiously.
"Say no more. Sengoku is still trustworthy, but he truly has not done enough these past two years." The tall old man with a waterfall-like beard lightly waved his hand, and a servant activated the Den Den Mushi. Sengoku's image soon appeared on the other end.
Apparently, after the Revolutionary Army began making widespread use of Sound-Image Bugs, the Marines quickly followed suit. The World Government possessed far more resources than the Revolutionary Army, so the Sound-Image Bugs they cultivated were naturally supplied to these high-ranking officials first.
"Five Elders." Sengoku nodded.
Although the Five Elders were nominally the highest commanders of the armed forces, standing even a level above Kong, the Commander of the Armed Forces.
Sengoku was still a major power in his own right, commanding the World Government's strongest military force, the Marines. In terms of strength, he had the right to stand as their equal.
