Goodbye, Issho

Li Ziming held the newspaper in his hand. It carried news about a scandal, or Donquixote Doflamingo stepping down from the Shichibukai. Yet the news gave Li Ziming an unreal feeling. What could the title of Shichibukai actually bring? Perhaps it meant little to a lone wolf like Mihawk, but Donquixote Doflamingo was the emperor of the underworld—and the true king of a nation as well. He had an enormous number of people under his command. A Shichibukai title would be hugely beneficial to someone with such an identity, yet he had simply given it up. He was undoubtedly plotting something even bigger.

"Are you worried Donquixote Doflamingo is up to some trick?" Luo came over to Li Ziming.

"Yeah. You used to work under that guy, so you should know him better than I do. He isn't someone who compromises easily. If he did compromise, then he was undoubtedly planning something even more terrifying..." Li Ziming tapped the newspaper in his hand, troubled. "And the most frustrating thing is that you can never see where that guy's bottom line is when he does things. An enemy with no taboos like him is truly a massive headache..."

"It'll be fine!" Luo was instead remarkably resolute. "I've been planning for this for so long. It'll definitely be fine!"

Yet Li Ziming was still uneasy. He began calling everyone he knew on the Den Den Mushi, trying to learn more about Donquixote Doflamingo.

Not long afterward, the Thousand Sunny arrived at the coast of Dressrosa.

"We're here!" Luffy could hardly wait to find the enemy's factory and blow it sky-high.

"Straw Hat-ya, quit shouting. This is the enemy's headquarters..." Luo remained relatively rational. Though he felt he had prepared everything, he still did not dare let his guard down against Donquixote Doflamingo.
