Bullying the Weak, Part Two

Bang!

The air cracked, and every piece of metal about to slam into Rogge froze behind him.

All the Supernovas stared, stunned, as if they had seen a ghost.

"I-is he even human?" Apoo murmured.

Boom!

The air shattered like a mirror. The metal broke apart, scattering iron fragments across the ground.

"That sobered me up a little. What a bore. Heh, looks like I'll have to go drink at Marine Headquarters." Rogge smiled and raised his bottle, only to find it empty.

"Let's finish you off quickly." Bottle in hand, Rogge walked toward Kid.

"I'll kill you!"

Kid drew a dagger and charged, driving it toward Rogge's heart.

Thud!

Rogge swung the bottle into Kid's face. Several teeth flew out, and Kid rolled across the ground dozens of times, just like Killer, before coming to a stop, unable to move.

"Boring." Rogge sneered at Kid, who lay there like a dead dog.

"Hope you can give me some entertainment." Rogge carried his bottle toward Apoo.

"I asked you to play me a tune earlier. Well? Are you going to play?" Rogge asked with a smile.

"Right away."

Apoo began his performance. When the final note sounded, something seemed to appear beside Rogge and slash at his neck.

"What a strange attack. Does he turn sound into a slash?" Rogge had listened carefully. He had always been curious about how Apoo attacked. The man had eaten the Tone-Tone Fruit, which let him turn his body into all kinds of instruments. Each sound they produced had its own effect and could unleash a different kind of attack. Rogge had not actually wanted to hear music. Nightless City and the Golden Ship had plenty of musical groups, and any of their songstresses sang better than Apoo, who could not even play basketball.
