Beiyuan Heng rose through CP9, defeated Rob Lucci, and carried his hard-edged justice into a Marine assignment to hunt Fisher Tiger. In Sabaody, he cleared out pirates and defeated Ryan Hunter, then encountered the Sun Pirates and Jinbe.

• Beiyuan Heng joined CP9, defeated Rob Lucci for first place, and led the new agents to Enies Lobby.
• Beiyuan Heng and Lucci were sent to the Karandi Kingdom, where Heng freed 500 captured soldiers and defeated the Iron Hook Pirates.
• Beiyuan Heng transferred to Marine Headquarters, where Sengoku assigned him to search for Fisher Tiger near Sabaody.
• Beiyuan Heng arrived in Sabaody with Hina and Smoker, rescued Camie and Pappag, and ordered a crackdown on pirates in the district.

Beiyuan Heng helped Jinbe’s Sun Pirates escape, rescued Hancock and her sisters, and escorted them back to Amazon Lily. At Marineford, he awakened Conqueror’s Haki, became Zephyr’s inheriting disciple, and made his strength known to the Marines before refusing a Cipher Pol mission involving a Devil Fruit.

• Beiyuan Heng fought Jinbe underwater, then warned him that Kizaru was approaching and let the Sun Pirates escape.
• Kizaru offered to recommend Beiyuan Heng to Zephyr for training, and the system rewarded Beiyuan Heng with Swimming Pinnacle and the Fish-Man Friend trait.
• Beiyuan Heng defeated a Zoan pirate in Area 30, then knocked Hancock unconscious and brought her to Shakky’s bar.
• Beiyuan Heng asked Shakky and Rayleigh to help Hancock and her sisters return to Amazon Lily, and Rayleigh demonstrated his overwhelming Haki in a spar.
• Beiyuan Heng escorted the sisters to the Calm Belt, where Gloriosa reunited with them, then brought the group back toward Marineford under the cover of a secret mission.
